Our History
DDC champions sustainable growth and empowerment for the Navajo Nation, infusing our rich heritage into strategic initiatives for lasting economic and educational prosperity.
2004
DDC is founded as a Navajo Nation owned holding company. NOVA Corporation (NOVA-Diné) is established to diversity the economic portfolio and advance the People of the Navajo Nation.
2005
NOVA Corporation (NOVA-Diné) becomes DDC’s first 8(a) certified subsidiary.
2011
DDC founds two additional subsidiaries, DDC IT Services and DDC Construction Services (DDC 4C).
2016
DDC develops two additional subsidiaries, BRIC, an environmental services company, and Diné Source, an IT services company.
2017
DDC 4C acquires AScIS to expand its environmental services lines of business.
2018
BRIC acquires Ecosystem Management, Inc. (EMI) to expand its environmental capabilities.
2018
DDC established North Stone, an IT and professional services company.
2020
DDC founds Red Canyon Technologies an IT services company.
